Harvested and traditionally prepared in Begha, this authentic Sikkim Ghee is crafted by the Bhutia community, known for preserving Himalayan dairy traditions. Made from milk sourced from locally reared cattle grazing on natural mountain grasses, the cool climate and clean alpine environment contribute to the milk’s richness, purity, and natural aroma.
